- Any of our services may be combined to create a customized treatment package at a 10% discount. (3 treatments per person, $50.00 minimum price per service ).
- A 48 hour notice of cancellation is required for packages. Gratuities are NOT included in package prices!
- Group packages are available, Please call ahead for availability.
- The express Pedicure does NOT include polish. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Appointments and Cancellations
- Appointments are recommended, walk ins are accepted based on availability.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
- We require a valid credit card to hold all appointments and to ensure understanding and compliance with our cancellation policy and we ONLY accept Visa & MasterCard.
- Please note if you are using a credit card to pay for your services that tips need to be paid in cash.
- A 24 hour notice of cancellation (48 hours for packages) is required to avoid full charge for services missed. Late arrival will result in shortened treatment time.
- Children (18 and under) who are not receiving treatments will not be allowed in the reception area unattended or in treatment rooms at any time and we appreciate parents obtaining off site care for children who are not receiving treatments.
- All information exchanged during sessions is completely confidential.
- No discounts, coupons or Gift Certificates can be combined! Thanks for your understanding!
There is no onsite parking at the spa. Please allow plenty of time to secure a parking space before your session.
Guests of 5 Elements Healing Center can park at Sea Chambers Hotel during their spa service.
- Gratuities are not included in package prices, Gift Certificates, vouchers, discounts or regular fees. Our therapists work hard for you.
- Normal industry gratuity is 15-20% gratuity!
